  I went into the ampm and used the ampm scratcher app. Won a free item and when I went to the front to redeem it they told me that they don't redeem them when I said I didn't want it she became even more rude than when she started. But they redeemed it anyways and when I ask for the item they refused to give it to me she called out the manager and he was just as bad. They were extremely rude throughout the entire transaction, talked down to me and treated me poorly, I have never experienced anyone treat a customer with such demeaning and disrespectful behavior and I will never return this ampm and I'm filing a complaint with the corporate office.
